Terms and Conditions ( RG MBBS Tuition Fee Scholarship)

Governing Law: Indian Contract Act, 1872 & applicable educational and consumer protection laws.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Applicant (hereafter referred to as “Student”, “You”, or “Your”) and Radhe Global (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), having its principal place of business in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, concerning educational counseling, MBBS admission assistance in India and abroad, and related services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 17 years or older and have completed or be appearing for the NEET-UG examination.
• For international admissions, students must comply with the respective country’s admission guidelines.
• You agree to provide only accurate and complete academic and personal information.

2. Service Scope

We offer:

• MBBS Admission Support (India and Abroad)
• Counseling & Guidance
• Application Processing
• Documentation Assistance
• Visa Counseling (for international options)
• Interview & Language Training
• College Shortlisting & Seat Confirmation Assistance

Note: Final admission is subject to the discretion of universities/colleges and eligibility fulfillment.

3. Fees and Payments

• A non-refundable registration/processing fee will be charged at the time of enrollment.
  (Refer to: Payment Link)
• All payments must be made through the provided payment gateways or officially communicated bank accounts.
• Any additional fee towards university/college/visa/government bodies must be paid directly by the student.

4. No Guarantee Clause

• Radhe Global does not guarantee admission, seat confirmation, visa approval, or scholarships.
• We assist in documentation and application processing to the best of our ability based on the information shared by you.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The initial registration/processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If the student withdraws or is disqualified due to incomplete or false documents, no refund shall be entertained.
• Refunds for third-party services (if any) are subject to their respective terms.

6. Document Authenticity & Responsibility

• You agree to submit only genuine, original, and verifiable documents.
• Submission of false or misleading documents will lead to immediate termination of services and may attract legal action.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. All information shared will be stored securely and used only for processing your admission.
• We may share necessary details with partner universities, embassies, and visa officials.

8. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful and professional communication with staff.
• Misconduct, abuse, or misrepresentation will result in service suspension or legal action.

9. Force Majeure

Radhe Global shall not be liable for failure or delay in service delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, changes in government policy, pandemic, or visa/immigration restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Radhe Global is not liable for any direct or indirect loss of opportunity, time, or finance arising from denial of admission or visa.
• Liability, if any, is limited strictly to the fee paid to us by the student.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Modifications

• Radhe Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available on our official website.
• Continued use of services after modifications implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
