Steps to Apply for a Singapore Work Visa
- Secure a Job Offer:
Obtain a valid job offer from a Singapore-based employer. - Application Submission:
Your employer or an accredited Employment Agency (EA) submits the work visa application via EP Online (Ministry of Manpower portal). - In-Principle Approval (IPA):
If approved, an IPA letter is issued, allowing you to travel to Singapore. - Work Pass Issuance:
Upon arrival, your employer applies for your work pass. A notification letter is issued, permitting you to work and travel until the Employment Card is ready. - Employment Card Registration:
Register at the Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) within two weeks of receiving the pass. The Employment Card is typically issued within 4 working days.
